The Congress Centre is located in the city-centre of Florence, close to the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station , all major hotels and main Museums and Monuments.

Official Language
The official language of the Congress will be English.
Simultaneous translation into Italian will be provided in the Plenary meeting room.

Congress Structure
The Congress will be organized in one main plenary session, oral and Poster session.
The Programme will be updated into the Congress web-site.

Abstracts and Posters
Abstracts will have to be submitted through this web site by following the directions listed under the bar selection 'Call for abstracts' . During the Congress accepted abstracts will be presented through oral and poster sessions.

Congress Badge
Only registered participants wearing a the congress badge will be allowed to attend the scientific sessions and into the poster/scientific exhibit area.

A slide center for speakers is available at the congress during registration in the following days:

Saturday, April 9: 08:30 – 12:00

Speakers are kindly invited to leave presentation at the Slide Centre, at least 2 hours before your presentation (or, if your session starts at 9.00, by 16.00 on the previous day), in order to allow interpreters to read it for the simultaneous translation service.
