F.O.R.E. (Forum for Osteopathic Regulation in Europe) includes national registers and European delegates for osteopathy.

Registrations will be accepted until March 31, 2011. After this date registrations will be possible on site only.

Registration fees include:

For accompanying persons

Terms of payment
Payments must be made in Euro. Registrants may pay online by credit card or bank transfer.

Additional registration cost reductions for authors of accepted abstracts of oral/poster presentations
For each abstract that will be accepted as oral/poster presentation, it will be possible for the primary author to register at the cost of the first deadline, even after receiving the notice of acceptance on behalf of the Scientific committee.

Should the primary author of accepted abstract (or presenting author of abstract) be a student, please refer to your school for possible special packages of participation applied to osteopathic schools.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requests must be received in writing prior to January 31, 2011 for you to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made from February 1, 2011 will not be refunded.

All refunds will be sent after the Congress.





HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The Organizing Secretariat has reserved for congress delegates a selection of the best hotel structures. Hotel rooms may be reserved either online or by sending in the hotel reservation forms duly filled in (forms may be downloaded below and should be sent by email to osteopatia2011@newtours.it or fax +39 055 3033.895).

Hotels are located in the city center and is walking distance from the congress venue.

The prices, indicated in Euro (), are valid for the duration of the congress and are inclusive of one overnight stay, breakfast, taxes and V.A.T.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment of the hotel deposit can be made either by credit card or bank transfer for both online reservations (through the registration system) or by sending in the hotel reservation form.

Please specify name of Delegate and name of the Congress (Osteopatia 2011). If the payment is for more than one person or by a company, please make sure that all names are specified.

In order to process hotel reservations made through bank transfer, a copy of the bank transfer with bank confirmation code, must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat within two weeks from the hotel reservation date (fax: +39 055 3033895).

All requests must be accompanied by the first night deposit (equivalent to the maximum amount for the first night for the selected category), and € 18,00 for agency fee per room.
The balance due for the total stay will be paid directly at the hotel.  The hotel will issue the invoice for the full amount of stay (including the deposit).

Should the copy of the payment not be processed/sent to the Congress Secretariat, the hotel reservation may be cancelled without notice.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:
The confirmation of room reserved will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat via email or fax upon receipt of payment of one night deposit and relevant agency fees.  The confirmation letter, valid as reservation voucher, must be presented to the hotel reception upon arrival in hotel.


CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat,  Newtours SPA.
All reimbursements will be processed after the end of the conference. 

The following penalties will be applied for cancellations:
Postmarked by January 31, 2011
No penalty applied
Refund of 100% of the paid deposit

Postmarked from February 1, 2011
100% penalty applied
No refund of the paid deposit

Agency fees will not be reimbursed.
